run them if you want, I don't think anyone has actually tried them in a boat.

Water Cooled ESC, Water Cooled BL Motor, and so why not Water Cooled Lipo! Ha Ha! :)
(It even comes with a pump.) So should the cooling lines GO -- Motor first, ESC Second, then Lipo Third ?

      Beautiful build Siggy!

I've ran Maxamps packs before and they performed well. I don't think there's anything wrong with them. I personally wouldn't watercool them though. Lipos actually perform better (higher current output/lower resistance) when heated so water cooling them is somewhat counter-productive. There are actually a number of guys who used to "pre-heat" their lipos prior to running. I think this is more of a marketing gimmik than anything.

Thanks Keith for the kind Compliment. Glad that MaxAmps actually performed well for you.
Just an idea: Water-Cooling, Auxiliary Fan, and Temp Control/Cut-off?

I think you would need on board telemetry to know when the cooling would be needed. Lipos work the best at 130 to 140 degrees F. It is not good to go over that temp. If you are pulling more amps than the cells are capable then the cooling would help. But with the cells we have today it is the ESC that needs help.
