Jim, I was talking to Dick the other day and he told me what was going on. I will get your name off the list. I hated to hear the news. Take care, Mike

Thanks Mike. I'm still going to monitor the forum and watch your progress. I still love FE, just can't physically handle it anymore.

yeah tub is different sponsons are different mikes cowl is allot sexier only similarity I see is they both have basic hydro design. I like how you post only distant shots to make comparison more difficult if you build these surely you have closer pictures you could post.

I think the only similarity is that they were both based on the U-21 eliminator.

Hydro111, that's a nice looking hull. I definately see the similarities between our two hulls and the U-21 Eliminator. Good job! Looks like it runs well.Jason, I will add you on the build list! We should trade out for one of your scale boats I keep seeing on facebook. I'm very impressed! Talk soon, Mike

Thanks Danny. It was not an easy decision. I miss running my boats! With the use of my motorized wheelchair, I can still enjoy my r/c airplanes. Thank goodness for that. The last thing I want is to become a couch potato! ;-)

Maybe you should move here. We have a member of the scale boat club that can't walk from the car to the pond with a radio in hand. We carry his stuff and his 5ft 60lb boats to the water and launch them for him. Then we load them back up when it's over. I'd do the same thing for you!

                              Help

That's great and I'm sure he greatly appreciates it. The guys here would help me too if I ask. I'm just a stubborn ole cuss that tries to do too much. It's not the running of the boats but the loading up all the boats, gear, tables, etc. in order to drive the 1.5 hours to the lake and then unloading again when I return. I don't have anyone living nearby that's in the club to help with that. Everything involved added up to an ever increasing painful experience and deteriorating physical condition that I finally couldn't cope with anymore. It got to the point that I didn't dare try to take my popup canopy or the club generator. Just way too heavy. At our flying field we have two 100' long covered pilots shelters wired with 110V, ceiling fans, and lights.

Good news, The first 12 kits arrived yesterday. I am going to begin organizing the kits, bagging them, and getting them out to the guys that have already sent in their payments! I will reorder some more in the coming week. I just want to make sure those that are on the list still wanted their kits. The last order of ps295's has turned out a near disaster as some had to back out, and finding new homes for boats is not always easy! Thats why I am working slow filling these orders! Talk soon, Mike
