    Coming along quite nice there bruiser!! like those motor collets, what are those?? are they for square or round 3/16 shafts?
    ....and ofcause cant beat those flex savers LOL.....

      They're can be used for both square and round. 8 set screws on the flex side 4 on the shaft side. These are for 1/4" but you can get them for 3/16. www.rcraceboat.com is where I purchased these. And yes I see you copied me with the flex savers! Lol

            Also got the hardware mounted and sealed. Made some custom prop shafts until i find some stronger material! Also mocked up the hatch lock. Thanks for looking, Bruiser

                  That's a great hatch lock idea.Looks good Bruiser.Are those lines for grease or oil for the flexes?

                    Thank you srislash! Yes, those are for flex shaft lubrication. Im using MHZ flex saver, the bearing housing has a nipple that threads into the stuffing tube. There is a pic of them on page 3.

                      I'm thinking of giving cable wax a try. In comes in a aerosol can, works great on my motorcycle cables, and might work well on keeping water out of the stuffing tube
