    Hydro Help

so, ive been looking at hydro setups and im confused.

does it matter what side the rudder is on? what side the turn fin is on?

where exactly is the best place to put the hole for the stuffing tube?

[QUOTE=fastbaltek;31390]so, ive been looking at hydro setups and im confused.

does it matter what side the rudder is on?...... Not really but some hulls do like them on a particular side eg the Campbell shovel likes the rudder on the right..

what side the turn fin is on?....... Yes. 90% of hydro races are run in a clockwise direction, therefore the turnfin must go on the right hand sponson

where exactly is the best place to put the hole for the stuffing tube?...... That all depends on the position and angle of the motor in the hull..

so which side should the rudder go on? i see that some boats have it on the left side and some on the right.

      is it handling purposes?
