I bought this boat locally earlier in fall, it was nitro but the motor was small, I wanted to try the dark side.
Never had a gas boat and wanted to try one. I wanted to keep a low budget on it but that wnet out the window, here are some pics of the hull when I started.

I had a hometrimmer not being used, don't tell the wife. Long story short, I had the boat in the water a few times and never had go luck, I then removed and replaced the stuffing tube to new location changed the hardware and am now in the process of putting it back together.
