Conngrats on your weekend success Ken , Goes to prove " Good Design Is Timeless " !!! . Even with todays brutal 6S powered 4 poled BL Motors , this design is getting more exciting with age , a bit like me ( LOL ) - just joking .....

kinda bummed there is no 20 ft rooster tail like my mono has. It glides so smoothly it doesnt seem like its going as fast as it actually is.

        Hi Ken ,

The Rooster tail in which you seek with your .45 , could be gained if you take off the Hydro Lift plate ( if it's called that ) , maybe , just a thought ??

All the best with your .45

            Could have been different ....

Just thought i'd share these pictures with you , i am not a fan of darker coloured R/C Boats under my control , as i find them harder to follow . If i didn't have the paint/race scheme for my Dumas .45 in mind i'd have painted it lighter colours , such as the .45 pictures attached which i found on another R/C Boating website . If a forum member owns this boat or painted it , it's a nice piece ......

All the best in F/E R/C Boating ,

Ya i had seen that one before. It looks pretty slick. A fair bit of work on that paint job I have been trying to post an actual video instead of a link like you asked but have no clue how to do it.

That's ok mate , thanks for trying though . Turnigy seem to be coming out with some serious motors hey , i don't know why Chinese Mfg can't seem to eclipse the more desirable brands of BL Motors , at the price they are selling their product , they would own the R/C Market if they did , & i think we are heading into interesting times over the next 12-18 months with BL Motors as far as performance for price goes . Ya thus far my turnigy 4074 has been great. Im convinced it is coming from the same factory as leopards. perhaps when their durability has been better tested they will catch on more.

Just don't see why they can't analyse " Top End " BL Motors & consider why they are superior in performance , & produce their product at similar prices as their current 4 pole motors . Having said that , if the Keda i have is similar in performance to your Turnigy , sounds they are ball tearers especially in O/B 6S set-ups . So i don't know how much more performance is required .....
