Electric mono that thinks its a nitro

I bought this boat off of craigslist for $100. It was setup for nitro but I damaged the motor, so instead of messing with it I decided since I have most of the stuff just lying around I'd convert it to electric. I kind of want to keep this as a budget build and try to use the hardware that came with it. I an to beable to at least break even if I where to sell it.
