    ESC is the Aquacraft 60amp type from the UL-1 (motor is from the UL-1 also);

    Added the water cooling tubes and also the batteries. I'm using two PolyRC 4S1P 30c 3000mah packs, which will be connected in parallel to give me 6000mah of run time. They fit great and the steering rods clear them fine;

        Cheers. Can you educate me about the motor cooling, I only rigged it that way as I figured it would create less pressure in the cooling system as once the flow reached the top of the motor, it would then have gravity to help draw water up through the system as the water in the motor ran downwards? With less pressure on the system I thought it would allow the water to flow faster and cool better?

          Got most of the paint work finished. Still need to add some pin-striping and the rear face of the sponsons are going to be yellow also. Maybe a bit of dark blue for the rear sponsons. The top and sponson stripes are copper, which when first painted, shine like chrome. But, once you add the clear coat it dulls down and looks more like a dark wood;

          And you just gotta have a few sponsor decals....

            I have a proper windscreen coming from Monojeff, but until it arrives I've cut one from CF vinyl. It'll do for now...

                Hi jedi
                looks sweet
                by going in through the bottom it allows the cooler to fill and cool more of the motor before exiting,also pushes all the air out of the system,it doesnt add much pressure anyway.
                Where you planning on running it?

                  Of course, I didn't think about air getting stuck; good call, thanks! When its fnished I expect I'll be over at chasewater sometime. Don't really know of anywhere else that local that I could run it at, although to be honest, I haven't looked that hard!

                            You need to put 2 wheel collers on each steering rod 1 at each end

                              Thanks. The bolts are 4-40 3/4" size, with hex heads.
