    Boat ideas...help?

So i basically got free range to use a laser cutter and cut almost anything i want. i was thinking about a nice rigger but kinda want something else maybe a tunnel or cat?

anyone have any ideas or some nice plans?

by the way the biggest sheets of anything that can fit in the laser cutter is 12in by 24in.

Oh, nice. A little too big, a little scaling possibly. Are the plans on paper or in pdf/dxf/dwg format?

heh i used AutoCad 2008 along with Rhino where the cutter is and 2007 at home.

you know when you orbit the objects in 2008, why does it turn into a solid block? it makes it hard to find the view i like to work on.

btw i have never heard of solidworks...

Here I offer to help and you put me on the spot with something I know nothing about!!! UGH!

I use AutoCAD 2007 - haven't touched 2008 yet. I only make drawings in orthographic and isometric views.

I believe "solidworks" is the 3D modeling feature from AutoDesk.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

My dad uses autocad everyday, he may be familiar with your question, his user name is peells. I think he has 2008 version at work and 2006 or 07 at home.
