I'm new to OSE, but I'm very interested in building a twin cat. Is there a US retailer for the HOR 32" boat? I know it goes by a few different names. Here's a link to the HOR boat:

As for power, I'd like to go 45-50 mph but also looking for a run time of 10 minutes or so, not all at full throttle obviously. Can this be achieved through either (2) A3630-1500Kv or (2) A3630-1800Kv from Pro Boat?
As far as ESC and prop, I'm not sure what exactly to run there yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know there are a lot of different kinds.
For rudder, I'm looking to run a dual water pickup one in order to run a line from the pickup to ESC to motor for each side. I'm not sure how limiting using a water-cooled ESC might be or how expensive it could be. Again, any suggestions on this setup would be appreciated.
For batteries I'm looking at using a 5000mAh, 2s, 7.4v battery for each motor/ESC bank.
I would like to try and run this build for around $400, and I'm not sure how much of a pipe dream that number might be. I'm also willing to try used parts as I know that might help save on the cost of some things.
I look forward to hearing everyone's opinions on the build and also getting into the build very soon.
