    mounting ESC

    ..I'm kinda new at this......I have a 34.5 cat, I bought from OSE...the toysport cat.....I have the ice 240 esc....what is the best way to mount the esc ?
    next question....I have the neu 1527 1y and the ice 240......what prop is a good start ?...2 blade or 3 blade ?

    If you have rails, you can velcro to that, otherwise velcro to the tunnel.

    as for prop: what voltage are you thinking and what speeds are you looking for?

      well I know motors and the kv's ,,its hard to find one to run both 6s or 8s...but ..i'd like to try both....slightly bigger for 6s and 8s ..a little smaller.....either way....speed runs

        is there not a way to mount esc so its off the hull floor

          You can use a motor mount that has a top plate, like the way Peter Z's mounts are done. Or if you have rails you can put a cross piece that puts it off the hull. The mind is the limitation. Lots of ways to do it if you are creative.
