    BladeRunner Lake Basher

I am going to do an outboard on this boat but not for some time. I decided to run it tomorrow and put a quick setup in it. I grabbed one of the big 700s @ 14.4v complements of Dooz(Thanks Bud!) & my RcHydros 32 cell esc(witch will be on 12 cells). I used an OSE carbon filled motor mount. It fit in the place of the gear drive perfect. An OSE 5mm to 4mm universal joint made the connection from motor to drive shaft. I expoied the mount in with the 5 minute DC. After an hour I mounted the motor up and discovered way to much hull flex. Off to my carbon fiber stash I went. I broke out the 2 ton Devcon and coated the area. Then pushed the cloth into it. The left over DC I poured on top of the cloth and evened it out the best I could. The finished product should rip a 6 inch section out of the bottom of the boat instead of the 1x2 inch hole the motor mount would have..lol. The last picture is just an example of how busy the shop is these days. The NoStep, SW36 & TC31 are not even pictured. The NS1 is being painted today..NOT FUN. I will have video of this basher tomorrow. Should prove to be fun.

sweet hull I almost got one of those off ebay a month ago but decided to hold off since I have other project going on right now
The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.
