    Removing drive dog broken setscrew?

Chunk of setscrew missing, how can I safely remove it without damaging drive dog as it seems I can't find a replacement.

Ouch. I've never had any success getting them out. Good luck.

is there anyway to get it off the shaft? you might loose the shaft but if you can tap it off of there it wouldnt be so hard to unscrew it

You mean you cant find another drive dog to replace yours? What make and size? Most drive dogs are pretty cheap. Heck its the shipping that can piss one off.

Yeah, Drive dogs are no problem, Go to your LHS and ask them, They'll probably be fine with you brining the boat in, if it is a common boat, they will know, if not, trial and error always works
