what size flex you running rummy? and sad story here unfolding here... I see one part on the boat salvaged from the very short lifespan drifter L .....

anyway this looks like a very fun boat for sure..... should be a great runner.... wonder what you will be offering her up for less esc? not that the MMM won't work because it will, they are a very good esc..... but only because many of us have way to many t180s laying around... lol...

.187 flex. Yeah, thats the strudder from the Drifter . Looks like she will get a seaking 180 after all, for testing at least. Not sure on price as of yet. There is a chance of a trade in the works too.

All done! Filled a few holes in the transom with microballoons and epoxy. Maiden tomorrow with the MMM. This boat will have a Seaking 180 though. 4s1p for the maiden. This thing is super lightweight setup like this! Gotta get some noodle tomorrow pre maiden.

Wow, very roomy! Looks like a great sport setup. I always seem to enjoy the lighter, simpler boats that dont take a case full of batteries to run. I wont be surprised if you have a hard time letting this one go.
Did you end up with a leopard motor instead of the castle?

Kudos on the water outlet. I like the clean look and lack of hose running across the sponson.

Keith, spot on. Just got done running her. Still has the Castle 1515 1y. Ran a x442 4s1p and it was a blast. Ill get vid this weekend for sure! Wot turns! No joke. This fine design offset strudder is perfect on this boat. Bone dry inside. Motor was room temp, esc at 100 degrees. I had a lot of fun this morning!

Somebody is working on a more affordable kit to offset and 3/16" adapt the stock Genesis strudder. The factory says it might hit the market this summer.

Sort of a US Conversion kit.
