    Brushless Pro boat Decoy

Well since no one else has tried putting more power into it

currently using a castle cm26 6800kv motor and a jacket with a castle mamaba micro pro esc with a cooling plate thermal epoxied to the same fets that the stock heat sink was on. Bored the pick-up out to 1/8" and use 7/32" tubing, thru-hull hole needs enlarged slightly. Runs cold so far
I would recommend that any one that tries to replace the stock motor just get a new hull and drive. Trying to remove the unit from the silicone that they have it glued in with was rather destructive
What I've been using for a seal is standard gasket paper, cut it to fit and it seals excellently

currently playing with weight to try and get it to plane

Looks like a good set up that you have. Twice the kv than what I used in my Mini-v RD Drive build. I'm not sure that the hull will get on plane given it is more of a tub type. Is it also showing some torque roll in the vid? That would be kind of strange if it is since the stator usually straightens it back out. At any rate if it was easy everybody would be doing it.
