H & M Intruder rebuild

So here's a couple of pictures of my son's Intruder! We are going to massage it a little more but Monojeff is doing wonders!

I asked Jeff if he could add the drivers to the windshields but I'm not sure they will look right! Any opinions????

Lookin good! I'd go no drivers. I think it would look too cartoonish. Batteries on the tunnel in this one?

I think so --- we'll try 4s with ESC's in sponsons - then try Esc's on tunnel and 2s2p on tunnel and in sponson! If we go with the second option it gives us the abilility to go to 5s!

We'll see!

Which motors will you be running?

We've got a set of Feigeo 8xl's to start. Also have a couple of different Esc options - Etti 150's with larger cap bank, a set of CC LV 240's and a set of swordfish 120's(if I can get them to arm). Not sure if the fish should be used in this!

Can't wait to see Jeff's wrap on this hull. I would'nt add the drivers though.

Are you sure you want to got twin XL? I got 102kph on mine with one 8XL on 5S... twin will take off :p

It is already set up with twin drives! My son will just have to be careful as he learns to drive it!

Well here's the final proof on the graphics for the Intruder! Monojeff is putting the finishing touches on the windshields then will be shipping to me!

Not much difference between 1st & 2nd ... the ferrari is a little smaller so it wraps onto the sides and the red has been increased!

I don't know who is more excited my son or me!
