The start of my new project...

Just received a Phil Thomas 'Stealth Sport' 30" hydro hull yesterday. This project will most likely take me a while to complete as I'm probably in way over my head, but what the hey.

I've ordered the hardware (speedmaster) per Phil's recommendation and it should arrive shortly. Still unsure of what I want to power it with though.

Power it with a UL-1 motor and hopefully you can beat the Whips.

my new 22" vee

i have been trying to build my own boat from scratch, im going with a Vee hull becuse from what i've read they are the easyest to setup... well the frist one was nice but way to heavy and wasnt fast enough so my next one will be much lighter this is what i got so far. let me know if the hull looks right.

For power in mine I use a Leopard 4074 2200 Kv with a Seaking 180. Temps on esc and motor under 100 degrees. Great boat, I am very happy with mine.

I have rumdogs old PT stealth, its powered identical to markos.... 4074 leopard 2200kv, Seaking 180, 4s1p 5000mah 40c, m445 prop, and she is a load of fun..... love it!

I would buy both a UL-1 Motor and a Leopard 2200kv motor. That way you can race it in both P-Limited Sport Hydro and P-Sport Hydro.
