    Delta 29"

i tried the fighter cat forum for this question so bear with me if you have allready read it or replied over there. i didnt get many responses so i will post my question here.
Trim tabs - yes or no
turn fins - yes or no

i have read in previous builds that some run them and some do not. just want to hear what people say now that they hae run them for a little while. i run genrally smooth water on a short course with 2-3 other boats.

i am putting a leopard 40-70-2000, 2 x 4s 4000mah in parallel and small props (440, 640, 442, 642). i am only looking to make it run around mid to high 40's and i need to be able to de-tune it so it will NOT break 40 for our spec races (the only rule in our class is that no boat will run faster than 40mph, eagle trees and gps's will be checked after the race).

    THANKS

I would at least run trim taps, turn fins are optional.

The one i bought has trim tabs but no turn fins, and i guess it was previously ran at over 70mph and handled great. I havent ran it yet.

I run trim tabs at neutral and turn fins angled back so they only hit the water when in a turn deep, runs awesome...so much cornering ability it broke the steering servo loose twice lol these boats rock I want more

That's what I've read most places too.
