    floatation.

I'm pretty sure that you cant put enough floatation in the tub of a jae 21, so i decided that i would add it to the outside of the boat.
The large green ones are off an old Dumas hawk that i built years ago. The smaller blue ones are off a Keps 21 rigger that i also built some time ago.
I know that their not the coolest looking, but they will save my boat from becoming a sub in the event of an"OOPSY".
Also they are only taped on so...
The green ones don't touch the water when the boat is running, so i don't think it will have any effect on the performance.

Please take those sponsons off the boat.
        ESPECIALLY the rear ones.

The boat will float just fine with out them on there.

The rears that you put on there will effect the running of the boat.
One of our club members has an FE JAE and it floats just like my 21 CMB powered boat.

Maybe just tie them on a fishing line and drag them behind the boat as rescue bouys...It would be great for weddings too!

Maybe an "airbag" would work. Probably from a smart car.

You for got about something. You need a 55 gallon, plastic drum off to the left side, to comp. Torque roll.

Ive only got 45 gallon, and they are steel... guess they'll have to do.
Ill try to weld a cone on the front of it. Should make it a little more streamline... don't want to sacrifice any speed.
