    Someone makes a two part epoxy for plastic. I think it's loctite or some other well know name.

      I think I might just bolt right though then I don't need to worry I need to rework the motor mount anyway, I just kind of put things together to how this thing would work, since I was pleased with it, I can rework some stuff and try new ideas

            i think you need to use a floating line like polypropylene so that the string gets hooked on the rudder easier. try west marine or any other marine store and they will have it. just make sure it is floating line..... cool stuff
