According to the directions when you hook all of it up it will blink until it has acquired a GPS fix then it will go out. This can take about a minute.

My last run I hooked it all up and it was blinking. I tape the GPS receiver to the underside of my hatch. Also note you need the square receiver part facing up.

To my knowledge it was blinking the entire time I could see it. But by the time I got the hatch taped up and in the water I had a GPS fix and managed to log.

I cant say Ive had one problem with the Eagle Tree. It does what its supposed to do.

It was a polite way of asking him and hopefully others not to dwell on the previous thread and start over. Which is what Im doing.

I think your intelligent enough to understand what I mean here. Lets move forward.

The gps can obtain a 2D fix while the L.E.D is still blinking. If you have followed the directions it should work. Try setting the logger to record ONLY WHEN THE GPS HAS FIXED, this will tell you if you are at least getting the 2D fix, good luck

And also note it doesnt work indoors and sometimes in the boat if its buried beneath things.

mine goes out when it links, i think the blinking is "looking for satalites" it took about 5 minutes the first time, then about 1 minute the first run and 10 seconds after that. just plug it in and let it sit out in the open for 5 minutes and see if it works. make sure you are in a open area and dont move it much..

I tried for 20 min but nothing. did you waterproof your eagle tree or did you leave it. i was thinking of covering mine in epoxy but i did not know if it could take it.

I was shocked at what my 25" Delta Force knock off is doing.

Speed - Electric - Prince 25 Mono - I thought I would start a new thread for this boat since it seems to be getting popular but there is not much info out there yet on it. I ordered mine from http://r2hobbies.com/products.php?cat=58 and should be getting them any day now. They did not have white ones in stock so they

32 pages of reading pleasure. People have been playing with these boats for a bit now. Theres another thread started by 785Boats (or a name like that) called "bulletproof" somewhere. Lots of good solid info on these boats.

I think Im gonna sell it and move into something larger and faster.

you can get close to 50 with that set-up. i used a df 26 with cc120 and ammo 2300 in teh high 40's on 4s, it takes alot of set-up and pulls about 100 amps..

                              Nice.

You got about 50 watts more power than me on the 4S. I see its less Amps also. Only 1 mph slower... Not to shabby.

                              What prop?

                              Heres my breakdown:
                              156 Amps
                              1549 Watts
                              37 MPH

On a Graupner K42 prop. Worked awesome!
