What sort of size are you looking for? I have some plans for a 600mm, 750mm and 800mm mono, quite good and extremely stable. See my Wasabi thread:

I can also enlarge/shrink the to the size you want and the material you're using. These plans were made for 4mm ply.

I'm also looking around for a winter project and thinking of building a Wasabi. A know it's a bit early but I don't have experience with rc boats and want to have some time to do some research :). I think 900 mm is getting to big (and also a bigger investment), to small is harder to control. Which size (600, 750 or 800) do you like best?
