    Was thinking about running x447's

    Motors: 2200Kv leopards
    ESC's: possibly 120 Swordfish's

With 120 escs I would opt for 42's.

Do you have any props at the moment ?
Can you borrow a few sets from someone nearby ?

If, like me, your answers are none and no, then you need to grab some Graupner Carbon K series props and have a bit of fun.

I kicked off with K40's and it showed a lot of promise and then went to the 45's for a real laugh.
I am running 36mm dia 1600kv Heli motors on 5S via 120A Skywing air cooled escs.

The Graupner Carbon props are great for testing and even racing, I'll keep mine as I can have a few spare sets for the price of a pair of metal props.
Mine is a eye pleaser Sunday morning running boat.....running in the high 40 low 50 area though.

My boat is my design and build and will difer from yours. It is similar to the hotr

Usual advise applies. Run for a minute and bring it in for temp checks while testing gear.
      See it....find the photos.....sketch it it....build it........with wood
