    need recommendation

i a freind smashed my bj26 into a full size boat and its done. soo i am thinking of putting my running gear into a diffrent hull thinking maybe a df33mono
heres what i have for gear so you guys know what im working with
    ul-1 speedo and motor.
    traxxas servo
    i have 4s and 5s setups
im looking to put something together without spending a fortune so any reccomendations on a hull that handles well in 2-3 in chop would be great i run in medium sized ponds and on the river. id like to be able to upgrade my power and run in the high 50`s low 60`s w whatever hull i get

do you think that the 33 would be better suited to rougher waters and higher speeds than the 29 ? and how fast has either the 29 or 33 been pushed

i have pushed both hulls into the sixties..and some here on ose have gone further then that..the thing is with the df 29 it sits much lower in the water then the df 33 and its easy to stuff the nose on both boats really but more so in the df29...the df 33 will do better in chop but it will take more motor to get it into the sixties..at these speeds even hitting your own wake at the wrong angle can send you airborne..two cents here

          I would not power a 33" mono with a ul-1 motor.

For rough water you're better off with either a Rico Racing mono or the Delta Force Cyber Storm.
