i found the bare hull on hotr they only had one when i bought it! I just ran it for the first time today! The rudder was off of hotr too but only came hard annodized clear, so i had all my parts anodized. My buddy who owns a race shop was sending a bunch of *!***!***!***!** off some race cars to anodizing and i just threw my boat parts in with the order so i got everything done for like 10 bucks!

Can you please link me to the site? I've seen the hull places, but it's not painted. And the painted ones come with the hardware. I can't seem to find just a painted hull. And that sounds really cool! Great job with the boat, it looks amazing.

when i bought it off ebay on hotr it said dont miss this rare opportunity and stuff like that i think it was a one time thing not sure though...

How do you set up the motors to turn both propellors towards the center of the boat?

simple, swap 2 wires around heading to the motor till it spins the right direction.
you'd need a clockwise and anticlockwise flex cable too.

Siranger, any updates? I finally got mine back in the water last weekend. Its been quite a few months since I ran it. As you probably remember I was chasing 70. I blipped it on the gps on the last run but I dont know if it was an error or tru so I didnt update my thread. Hopefully Sunday will tell the same story.

Hey siranger, just wondering what bearings you put back into the struts? Were they lead teflon bushing kinda things you took out and put larger ones in?

I got some 4mm lead teflon ones. I wonder if I can enlarge them slightly to fit a 3/16 shaft.
