New custom made turn fins......watch 'em work in the vid!

Made these turn fins myself......had the idea for a long time and now have tested them out. Wanted to share the results on my Villain..............this thing cuts on a dime.............kinda proud of the result..........It handles quite a bit better than my other Villain which has no turn fins, so there is a definite difference. Any thoughts or comments certainly welcome!

Nice! I like the spankin you put on that sv27 in the vid!
Being under the boat like that, it seems like it would create a lot of drag...did you notice any difference in speed or temps?

No.........actually not any real difference, they are very thin and razor sharp which i imagine helps..............temps 120* on motor...........thanks for looking guys!

BTW...........the ugly hull in the above pics is a little prettier than it was then, just need my windshield installed

Nice. You lapped the sv a couple of times. What motor and batteries are you using?

A feigao 540XL i got from you.............good motor, 1260kv on 6s. I kinda threw this one together fast compared to my other one, but i'm really happy with it. Some boats just "turn out" good! In the SV's defense, he was on 2x6 cell 5000 nimhs........
