Im wondering if anyone has tried an H7 prop with the UL-1 set-up.
I've seen this prop fly on the same set-up in the Jae rigger. I just got the
FE30 and going to start the build soon.. P-spec hydro is picking up here in Texas .
I also wanted to wake up this thread .

That should be a good prop. Raise the strut up so that it is .5" from the bottom of the boat. This will help with the hopping.

ok so i'm getting pretty close to building the FE30 bestowed upon me by the 2012 FE Nationals raffle. I know the simple answer it to just get the insane hardware kit but for some reason i'm just not keen on it.

It is going to be pulling double duty, a p spec rig for the local races and then i want to be able to drop in the 4074 i have for some more speed. I'm set on having a water cooled mount ( even if it is cooling the front, less heat generating end of the motor) gonna run .187 flex in 1/4 inch k&s with no teflon.

What i'm looking for is a bigger turn fin then what the insane kit comes with, one like ul-1 size but not curved, angled is ok but i know i don't want a curved fin. On the rudder i am looking for something slightly larger then what come with the insane kit and allows for adjustment. I could be wrong but i don't see how you could adjust the one with the insane kit.

I have found a couple rudders that i like, my main issue is a turn fin. I have looked at ose, kintec, HOR, fightercat, and maybe a couple other places but can't find a fin i like.

Mark, where did you get the fin that is on yours? I do know a couple machinest so maybe i can get a piece of nice Al and custom make my own.
