    riprico build 31

been wanting a rico 31 for a long time now..after having three voilent crashes at sixty plus with my cyberstorm i feel the hull was comprimised..so i took it apart and bought a rico..for those who are familiar or have one of these hulls you would agree when you take it out of the box it is built like a tank..a lot heavier then your df hulls or knockoffs..which can be advantageous..the quality is great..the first night i got the stinger and turn fins mounted

    the setup will be
    neu 1521 1y 1577 kv
    zicha mount
either swordfish 240 or turnigy 180
    m645 prop
    turnigy 6s2p 40c lipos

after seeing yours go i had to get one yours is running real nice...i have been going like a madman today to get some more done on it...i installed my arrowshark replica OSE tabs and speedmaster arrowshark 21 rudder..the anodizing in the can is really cool stuff! i made some simple stringers and mocked up the zicha mount..peter is going to make me one of his servo mounting plates..i am going to have to modify my stringers and lower the ends a bit but no big deal...got an antenna mounted too

Thanks bro. I really need to get some new video of mines. I think I finally got the setup where I want it.

As far as for yours. You look like your on the right track. It was a good idea to go with the bigger turn fins. With all the weight and speed those will help in the corners. Keep up the good work!

i was looking at the accutech tabs that you bought.. am going a little oversized with the hardware on this one..i purchased an accutech rudder setup but it is way too big for this hull..i may put it in the swap shop or hold onto it for a bigger build..i think it must be for the big rico mono and not the electric one..oh well
