Carbon Fiber in a build?

I'm thinking of building a P-Spec Sport Hydro. I was wondering about using Carbon Fiber to sheet the deck of the hull. Will the CF effect the radio signal? I'm using a Spektrum Dx3S radio.

Chances are that Carbon will deteriorate the signal if covering the antennae. Assuming the Spektrum has an external antennae which you can route outside the hull this will help.
