I saw this photo in a post here and was wondering if any one knows what kind of clear coat was used its got a glittery or speckle to it Thanks

Not sure what kind is on that one, but Duplicolor has qt cans of it and any reputable body paint shop will have it in various "glitters"

If you have a Car-Quest around, they often have a paint shop and will have it as well.

tamiya makes a can called lame flake, its clear with multicolored flake in it
