laser cutter needed

looking someone to laser cut a alternative hatch for my mti for me. Due to the design it needs to be done with a laser. Cutting by hand doesnt cut it. lol i need it cut out of 1/8" 5 ply plywood. Any suggestions for a reasonable price. The files are in autocad 2007 setup for lazer cutting.

I have used www.Manzanolaser.com for the last two kits. VERY reasonable, and most important, VERY high on the integrity scale. I have absolutely no problems recommending him. He's located in AZ.

Another highly-recommended guy is AK Models Laser http://ak-models.com/lasercutservices.htm He's located in Iowa.

And finally, sent a PM to "Mike Hall" on RCGroups. He has a laser and is considering starting up kits again (he used to do some really big aircraft models, and has a reputation for quality stuff). He's located in Georgia.

Ask questions before giving anyone business. Make sure that their lazer cutting can handle 1/8" ply. We tried it with my sister's 25 watt one and burned the wood more than cut it. I'd be looking for someone with maybe 250 watts or more. Ask if they include setup time and lazer running time. The 3 that Sis owns have timers on them. Most of them can use various files, .dwg and .pdf work fine. We cut several prototype boat kits out with hers.
