It looks like the holes in the strut would have to be elongated to adjust it. But still much easier than the previous version to adjust, at least from what i can see in photos.

So it came a day late but i finally got the HV240. I have it wired up with dual castle 10AWG wire and Im using 8mm bullet connecters. I still need to put heat shrink over all of them and make a safety loop but everything else is wired. One thing i did have a question about is how far the silicone tubing needs to be over the water cooling pipes? The inner diameter of the silicone is 1/8" and the outer diameter of the cooling pipes is 3/16 so it is a pretty tight fit and Im not sure if i can get the tubing on any farther. here a some pictures and you can let me know what you think.

Most the parts have come from here at OSE. The motor is a special order though so it is taking forever. Ordered the motor 7 weeks ago, steven said it could take up to 8 weeks so hopefully it should be arriving within the next couple weeks

hello guys, Im at a loss here, my motor still hasn't come in but steven does have the 1527.5y motors in stock. I just wanted to know what the thoughts were on running that motor in this boat and how many cells i should run it on. I was thinking 4s or possibly 6s. let me know what you think cause i need to get something worked out in this boat so i can get it on the water.

so i talked to steven and i should have the 1527 .5y on its way soon, he said it would be shipping on thur. Im thinking with this motor 4s would be the way to go since i will be running sport and not racing. If i do decide to do speed runs this motor should fly on 6s. As soon as i get the motor i will get some pics and post them.
