Must have been hard to get it in smooth, and even keep the lines straight !

M12 hatch
Couldn't wait !!
Pulled the hatch.
It was a bit light on !!
With the glass thickness !!
So i put it straight back in the plug,
and added another 2 layers of light glass matt and resin.
+ THE TAG...
The canopy is going to look awesome .
And i haven't even giving it its 3 coats of top coat clear.
All will be revealed on Sunday bloody Sunday.
SO STAYED TUNNED !!!
I'll keep the plug just in case.
But this hatch is a 1 off Bonewar special......................

M12 hatch
OK,
The hatch is starting to look the part ,
A few little bolts on the windscreen shroud,
A couple of decals,
A little more sanding and some clear coat,
and i think I'm done.
Sick !!!!!!!!!!!

polyurathane foam-shaped-epoxy resin and cloth on top?

Thanks DISAR,
Mate i made the shape (hatch)out of polyurethane closed cell foam .
3 attempts later the hatch was almost perfect.
Lots of sanding and a good eye for detail.
Done!!

Update.
The boat has been put on hold for a while .
The wife decided to leave me.
So my world has been turned up side down.
