P Limited outrigger

Here are some pics of my P limited hydro that I am building to run.

I picked this hull up mostly built from Mike Ball, (aka longballlumber) at the Nats so he gets the credit for the tub and sponsons, which he did a very nice build on.

So far I have installed the turn fin bracket motor mounts and steering servo and rudder.

Yeah it starts off innocent enough. Then they hit 15, start talking smack, and LOVE to beat you on the race course.

Looks Great Jeep,

I am really glad that someone is going to use the boat. I can never seem to finish my projects. Once you get everything "stuffed" in there that thing should fly!!!!!

Up date

when I was building the hatch I decided to make a "bubble" out of foam to clear the motor. I then added a a single layer of fiberglass adds strength and still very lightweight. This boats primary duty will be a spec set up.

I plan on seeing whats it capable of so I built the hatch to accommodate another motor

That's the third one in our lil club. Not sure if any of them have been paited to be honest. Third or fourth anyways.

its the one that ran at the Nats but my builds are not done until they are painted! plus I am making some changes to the motor placement!

Hey Randy what kind of epoxy do you use to lay up your hulls, this stuff is like armor plating!!

motor looks a bit far back on your rigger

as far forward as it goes! no more room, Hyperion G3 4200s have a hard time fitting in the hull as is, I didnt really want to move the booms yet!

Hmmm............ now were am I going to put the esc.......
