    41" falcon cat build

Well I took a gamble on the orange but I love it..........

should I mount the motor far to the back with lipos in front or motor up front with lipos in back?

will be running that Scorpion 4035/800 on 8s2p and 10s2p

Lol,i thought it was my computer,i restarted it too.
        Nice colour.
If you put your motor further forward you will be able to acheive a more gradual smoother stuffing tube bend.
What size of flex do you plan to use?

A hull with that large volume is a good candidate for air cooling. Computer fans mounted to circulate air through the motor can be quite effective.

                    Cool, now I see.....

You could probably also fashion some sort of small propeller that works directly off the motor to draw air through the stator.

I'm sure you don't want to buy another Scorpion, but they do have helicopter models where the legs on the can are fashioned like a fan to do just this.

ya the orange grows on you..lol

I have been trying to decide cog and how far i want to set the motor back..also an s bend or j bend in the stuff tube......I think I will go with s bend..also deciding weather or not to CF the floor..another decision is to put in a forward bulkhead or not...i think someone told me the hull may twist with this much torque without a bulkhead...will mount the strut and rudder and go from there

I have seen you falcon run and its pretty awesome
