Im buiding this mean machine the way i do things.. its got a butt load of reinforcement with tons of c.f. and two front bulk heads. the front one is two '' from the very front of the tunnel with a stringer across the bottom of the hull and the second at the beginning of the cowl. this hull had alot of twist prior to this!! i placed plywood under the tunnel while laying the c.f to prevent warping ( due to the hot lay up). it worked great. made a motor mount as the cowl is so low. reset the stuffing tube and glassed in balsa in the sponsons to strengthen and flatten for the batteries.heres some pics of my progress. its gonna run on the set up i had in my first boat. 1527 1y on 8s.
m & m mmm..
