    Graupner Brushless Outboard help

As some of you know I have a mean machine with 2 EP1's mounted on it and it was running OK mid to high twenties --- well i blew out the lower end on one of the EP1's sooooo...

Periodically I pick up some mad money, so I had Steven order 2 of the new Graupner GTX 820 brushless outboards. Now I haven't rec'd them yet & don't know when I will - however I was hoping that you folks could point me in the right direction on what esc to use.

    These are the specs:

The motors are 560 1800kv units
    meant for 27 - 35 inch boats
comes with 2299.39 graupner props upgrade to 2318 L & R for sure
probably will run them on 3s lipo though 4s not out of the equation

What other info do I need to supply to help ?

    Thanks guys!

Well, other than the obvious How much u want to spend and how fast do you want to go, you are hopefully thinking two esc's right?

I have found in my twintruder that the amp draw is lower than with a single drive (no eagle tree, but on 6S a the 45amp BJ esc is still 95deg F), so I would (if it were my boat) try a couple himodel 200amp watercooled/sealed escs.

Being 1800 kv, I would bet you will be tempted to go beyond 4S, but then that is my tendency.

I'm not looking for high speed (for now) I have 3s & 4s but won't be doing anything larger!

Absolutely 2 esc's this time around with the EP1's I used a traxxas ESC out of the villian EX - worked fine but they were brushed motors!

As far speed is concerned not sure if the graupner props will stand up and having not seen the GTX 820 yet don't know what metal props might work!
