that works . i noticed the pick you posted has the inboard setup and your vid shows an outboard setup . did you swap out the outboard ?

The first video is with the Graupner 24v outboard. The second video is after we swapped it over to inboard. We used Speedmaster strut and rudder, .150 flex with 3/16 stub spinning a 45mm prop. And actually I think its a proboat motor and ESC from a Mystic 29. The Graupner outboard was a big heavy brushed motor and it was running off a switch. Its a fun boat to drive!

looks like it runs real nice . typical flat bottom , don`t like chop , i guess that makes it exciting .
