I got an NQD jet drive boat in the mail the other day. I stripped it down to everything but the original jet drive in it. I think I will have to put another 380 in it though because of the shallowness of the hull. I was thinking of putting a titan 380 in it along with a standard servo, new receiver, esc, and a large mah 7.2v pack in it. It's bout 21" long.
