TUGBOAT scale deck stuff

I sold my 26" shockwave boat I was going to use for recovery boat and bought a Vacu- Tow to use for recovery...I'm looking for some scale things that would go on a tug like maybe barrels.....a tower with flag mast........some little deck hands.......maybe some small rubber tires to go around the deck....some of those round red and white things you throw when man over board...you got the idea

where would I find such things?

oh ya I think I saw a recovery boat that Smock built and he had like some flashing emergancy lights that went on top

maybe a loud little horn
