    Scale 47' Textron Coast Guard Boat (31.5")

    Been rainy & racing won't start for a while so I took my all-time favorite (and first) RC boat off the shelf for a little detailing. This was an original Midwest product which re-appeared in a few other marketplaces but this is the first version as far as I know.

    ** OK - who can spot in 4 of these pictures the small non-authentic mod I did ? {it's not the auto-bailer}

    Before I realized that a scale boat should run at scale speed I foolishly re-powered with a Traxxas Villian ESC (with reverse) & set of Villian motors. It can go faster that it should for realism

    dual props & rudder (yes, that's an auto-bailer)

    Did early service as retrieve boat

        Thanks. Blasting through some choppy water it really comes alive. I have a vid lost somewhere - still looking.
