I agree that this has been going on forever. The city I live in has been sued by many that were wrongly arrested with phony evidence and the city lost. I personally know of some one that would have been sent to prison if not for the fact that a star witness was a lawyer for the attorney generals office and testified against the police.

There are bad governors (IL seems to have more than its share), bad mayors, bad Presidents, bad VP's, bad housewives, bad husbands, bad kids. Why not bad cops? People are sinners.

My neighbors in NC had a cow that didn't like to eat the hay in the pasture. He got rid of moldy bales by putting them just barely within reach, outside the fence. She'd munch them right down - guess even animals like "forbidden fruit."
