Now that we both have the same irons it is easy for me to get you tips. Jaycar had about 20 different types and some cost as much as a complete iron so the complete iron is the way I went. I hope it serves you well. When you are finished with it you can send it to Chuck so he can have some pleasure

Not a chance Chuck, it will take him at least a week to figure out how it works as it came with no instructions. People from the pink persuasion require full documentation on all probe instruments.

          Andy,
While Douggie and Chuck are busy playing with the pleasure stick I would like to talk boats
This morning I took my DF 33 to the lake and started the de-tuning process. As you know my original idea was to build a 60 mph mono. It went way past 60 and into the 70's but was not suitable for fast laps of the pond. This morning I put an X642 on it (one of your sharpened and balanced ones) and the speed topped out at 95.2 kph or 59.15 mph. I am happy with that speed as I know if I get you to do one of your done to the max props we will go past the 60 mph mark. The battery was my tired old 5s Zippy Flightmax also.
          Setup was....

          5s Zippy Flightmax, Neu 1515 1.5y, Hydra 240, Andym X642 = 95.2 kph or 59.15 mph

We all know that is not a 1515 1.5y but that is what the sticker says it is. I will order 2 more X642 props for you to do your stuff on.

That makes it even more obvious that it is a 1Y motor on 5s. There is know way a 1.5Y on 5s with a 642 is going to get 60mph in that hull, how does that motor handle the abuse ??? We will probably never know!! It was really meant for Brian as a secret saw motor and got sent to you by mistake !! Send me the blades and we will see what abstract modifications we can damage them with. What were the temps and amp spikes ??
            Cheers

Damn it Chuck, send the pussy sniffer one of your tweaked props and show the very nice gentleman from the Paris of Australia that you can squeak out one more mph and how to manipulate/stroke/love a prop to your desires and ambitions.

Douggie, who is incapable of cupping anything, but painting in black has no peer

I love to throw down the gauntlet when my tardy reputation is not at stake. Chuck bust his balls but Paddy will say a noble attempt by all but my batteries were suspect on all runs....the trurth will be and I can not believe I stated that Dolly

Now that is a challenge from the person who habitates from the Paris of Australia I can not refuse.
Chuck, Douggie the cheap idiot will pay for the prop and I am not kidding. Aussie twits pay the postage.
The winner will be chosen with exclusion from the following items.

Best cup job...anything over a 45C boob will be disqualified... X442 is the standard

No tongue jobs are allowed...as this may benefit Andy, according to Mandy @ sex for perverts

Losing weight/thinning by means used by super models are also banned.

So, are you marsupials up to the challenge

So just what is allowed ??? By the sounds of it NOTHING.
On the topic of props I obtained a Prop Shop 7016/2 for my mono. Now the retailer told me thet came sharpened and balanced. What a load of BULL*!***!***!***!**E !!! It was as unbalanced as any blank I have ever seen and so BLUNT it would not slice soft butter !!!! When I spoke to the retailer he told me that they are good enough for sport boaters !!! but maybe not racers !!!! I told him that a prop like this has NO place on any boat no matter what the intended use. It was polished nicely but took as much work as any blank to get right. Now it is razor sharp and balanced with a little tip cup and some back cut it looks great and runs alright to.
