DouggieNah that post was all about Andy. He done a magnificent job of that prop. I set him a task and he delivered the goods.
There is nothing conventional about us Douggie. You have to remember we are standing upside down and all the blood goes to our heads so it is to be expected that our thinking is above normal. I believe if you keep doing the same thing as everyone else then you keep doing the same thing as everyone else. You cant tell me that Brian Buass is doing the same as everyone else. There is more than an arm up his shirt sleeve. I think he has a few tricks of his own up those sleeves somewhere. That man can pull some serious speed out of a boat.

Holy sheeeeeeet Dolly has turned Cannibal.
As I was crusing the streets today I seen Dolly the sheep looking in a Butcher Shop window. OMG I thought why is she here in Tasmania again and why is she looking in the Butcher Shop window. I parked the car close by and walked up to say hello.
Well she was so excited to see me and after she calmed down we proceeded to talk. She told me that Simon almost pushed her over a cliff and she had to escape from New Zealand as she was in fear of her life while living with Simon. She said the love of her life would always be Douggie. She then bust into tears. The poor little thing sobbed for several minutes.
I asked her why she was at the butcher shop and she told me that she had a problem. Apparently when she was cloned by the Scientists in Edinburgh they messed up one chromosome and this had made her become a compulsive Cannibal. She said she has to eat meat now so it is not safe for her to live with anyone. She told me how Douggie liked to get his meat in for the weekend and now she knows why.
Sorry folks I can not write more as this story is so sad. I will leave you with more pictures of Dolly.
Douggie try to control yourself when you see this one

when douggie sees that he will be spouting a 1/4 drive for hours
it gets worse, Viagra doesnt work for douggie he places a fresh piece of lambs wool in a tea pot and fills with hot water and lets it draw for 10 minutes then drinks it and bang his 1/4 drive is up for hours
but alas dolly is in tassie so he spends the time spinning his props on his 1/4 drive and making his kilt blow out at the frontComment

Aussies have a great sense of humour. Paddy, where do you dig this stuff up from? I almost pissed myself but mind you from a 1/4" drive the volume of fluid is not that great.:
It looks like Simon has feed Dolly some home made beer as she is not as slim as she was once was and that may have caused her change in diet and looking at MEAT
Douggie the man with a 1/4" drive and very proud of itLast edited by Flying Scotsman; 11-19-2009, 02:02 PM.Comment

Andy,
DF 33 tested again this morning and I guess I have the trim tabs too high as it blew over both runs at 104 kph. I gave up on that as I had no tools to fix the problem.
I had taken the 4s battery with me so I thought I would see how it run on 4s with the same setup. That is the M645 cupped prop on the 1515 1.5y and the speed was 95 kph or 59 mph. It was quite cool after 9 laps (nothing over 130 degrees) so there is my 60 mph circuit boat if I want one and the only change is the battery. Naturally water cooling the motor would be a good idea and I am thinking about that.Several boats in various stages of destructionComment

Paddy, trim tabs are a hospitable fix, try it with no trim tabs. But they do look cool, and I use them
