    Offshore 1:1 scale question

    Check very well cockpit instruments on real scale powerboat offshore...
    On most of them you can find a 3 or 4 floating bars instrument on the top of the cockpit...
    What's this???
    Answer not found in the last year........ sigh...
    Maybe it's a balance instrument?

    Two screens where you can find out the unknown instrument (on the right top of the cockpit, bars in pvc or glass maybe...)

    Those are indicators that show the position of the drives and the K-planes/trim tabs. They are mechanical meaning they have a cables running from the drives and k-planes directly to them. Much more accurate and reliable vs electric gauges.
