Q's on a big 50" Gas Boat,

So, long story short, I acquired this huge gas boat.
I know nothing about it. I'm thinking its about 20 years old maybe.
My neighbor acquired it many years ago, ran it a few times and put it away wet.
Sat for at least 5 years, probably more.
I got it last weekend, new plug, fresh fuel and it fired up. Took it for a run around the lake. Since it runs, I decided to clean up the rest of it.
Fixed a leaky grommet, new fuel lines, fixed up the electronics box, greased the shaft, put some flotation in it, cleaned it, ditched the old AM transmitter and a few other things.

Basically I'm looking for any info I can find on it. Its very slow, I'm thinking 20-25mph? maybe?
