    Doug, Just want to say that I deeply appreciate your constant dedication to the well being of this Forum. I am sure I am not alone here who feel this way strongly.


    Now just half kidding:
    Personally I enjoy seeing you in action, --- yes, I believe there are those of us who actually enjoy watching you in action. ( Not trying to upset you on your B-Day, just want you to know that I support all the hard work you and the other moderators do)
