I'm just looking for some pointers and where I can get some bright green dye. I have some of the equipment already and I'm wanting to get started.

Negative.
The dye wipes rite off.
I let it sit,,, no different.
I tried heat, which did help, but water washed it rite off.

Hell no.
Watching YouTube vids it looks like a pita.
The home powder coating kits look cool tho.
The dye is darker than you need anyways btw

I have some black fiebings leather dye I can try if you want. At least youde know if it is any better....

I wanted to actually anodize it. Yes it's a process. You can use rit dye but I haven't seen a green like I want. I have a full powder coat out fit with two guns and a harbor freight 18"x18" powder coat oven. Doing screws and small stuff like I want is a pita. I have that green in a powder but it's a two stage. You lay the base green. Bake. Then lay a clear. Bake. Way too much crap. Here's the color on one of my sand drag 4 wheelers a arms...

Rit dye is so cheap. Just experiment.
Mix yellow with a drop of blue.
Try lightening the rit green with yellow.
One has to work

To me, the color looks more on the yellow side of green.
I would start with yellow and add blue until it looks rite.
