Do we have a Fightercat rep on this forum? I'm trying to order some parts for my genesis and I'm running into problems when it somes to ordering. An error comes up talking about shipping estimations. blah blah blah.

If you are receving a shipping error at checkout, make sure you're using a 5 digit zip code only. Go to the Account Management page and remove the +4 as the USPS shipping calculator does not support the +4 format zip code.

If you can't reset your password and are receiving an "invalid token" error, check your username is entered correctly and the token was copied completely. Search your email history for "Thank you for registering at fightercatracing.com" for your correct username.

Ok guys,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have been in contact with Joel and Kevin from Fightercat Racing and have nothing but great things to say about them and the business they run. I had complications this morning with the site and ordering parts but when I contacted Joel here on the forum and Kevin through e-mail I received nothing but the help I was looking for. They went out of the way to not only put the order in outside the site but also double check that all the products that I wanted were in stock and ready to ship. Once confirmed that all the parts were in fact in stock, Kevin continued to answered my questions (however dumb) to make sure I had all I needed for my conversion.

I can go on and on about these guys but I can say they are stand up and run a stand up company!!!

I can second this! Kevin is a great guy to deal with. No offense Joel, I'm sure your great too...lol. I've only dealt with Kevin so far. Very happy with them.
