Uh, the GREEN areas on the chart are considered safe, that's why Tony posted it for you. If you don't want to follow the advice or suggestions of others, why bother us with questions? Just run whatever you want...

I looked at the chart. I made comment on the fact max rpm for motor is 52,000rpms. Ill be running 44,125. Can u help me to better understand. Im staying away from 52,000, even away from 50,000.

The questions is because I do want to figure this out. Would I be running fast at 4s? This is a Zonda cat.

Ok, looking at the chart. It did give an rpm reading at 5s. Does this mean that it possible, but not recommend?

Manufacturers max rpm or maximum voltage are not relevant to boat use, the 2390kv motor is a 4s motor in a boat.

I run my black jack with TP 4050 1730kv on 6s. Judging buy the chart, its not in the green. I love that motor in my blackjack. I got that same motor recommendation, from guys on offshore. Judging by chart its not In the Green. IS TP 4050 1730KV A 6s motor?

Im soooooo happy, I tested TP 4050 2600kv on 5s and I had a blast with my geico 24. Ive got to say. TP, so far are Die hard. Individual cooling works. All I did is time and let her rip for 1 min and bring . It in to check temps. My spartan is screaming also. My bat cat moves. 440 3 blade did the trick. Its about trial and not listening to the run around. There are members on this forum that did it and it work. 4s power could NEVER COMPARE TO GREATER POWER. TP surviving so far. GO TP . GREAT MOTOR STEVEN. Also thanks guys for the support, we are making HISTORY HERE.

Running a boat for 2-3 seconds blasts on the throttle tells you nothing about your setup, run for 3-4 minuets continuous at WOT. That will tell a true test on high rpm & high amp set ups, if your happy running short bursts that fine but most sport runners run much longer times & need a set up to suit so their not burning things up.
